My name is Jennifer Hood. I am happily married to Justin and we have two children, Abby and David. We live just outside of Dallas, Texas. I'm not originally from Texas, and truthfully, I still don't claim it as home (I just can't get used to the weather here!). I grew up all over the country, but Michigan is home to me. My teams will always be the Red Wings and the Lions. GO DETROIT!! In addition to hockey and football, I really enjoy photography and exercising, just not at the same time. :-)
I became a follower of Christ in November of 2006 after growing up in a religous organization and even attending a Christian university. I knew a lot about Jesus, but I didn't have a relationship with Him. It wasn't until I was honest enough with myself and fought through my pride to admit that I had no idea what it meant to "have a relationship with Jesus." That's when my fumbling began. Jesus extended His grace to me and I've been fumbling along ever since, similar to a baby learning how to walk. Some days my steps are steady, and others I'm all over the place. Regardless, I know that Christ is there, with every type of step I take, and He has my best interest at heart.
